About the role

The Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects within the HEAPY organization. This includes managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Cover all aspects of project management including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
  • Communicate effectively with clients and project teams to ensure project success

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of construction industry practices and regulations
  • Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
  • Understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes
  • Ability to manage risk and resolve issues proactively

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work required for project deadlines.
