Construction Project Manager
About the role
We are currently seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team for this exciting program. You will serve as the point of contact and project lead for multiple construction projects, plan and organize the work of subordinate and staff members, develop and/or review policies, methods, practices, and procedures, review programs for conformance with Department standards, perform constructability and biddability reviews, provide mentorship to more junior roles, lead risk management and issue resolution, and perform other duties as necessary.
Responsibilities

- Develop and/or review policies, methods, practices, and procedures
- Review programs for conformance with Department standards
- Perform constructability and biddability reviews
- Provide mentorship to more junior roles
- Lead risk management and issue resolution
- Perform other duties as necessary
Requirements
- Preferred Qualifications: PE License is highly desired, Previous experience on FDOT or FL Turnpike projects is a strong plus, Roadway/Tollway construction experience
- Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in related field, 7 years related experience, A minimum of 2 years project management experience, Must have the ability to interact with various design teams, have excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skills, An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
