Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in cost estimation or construction project management, in a role such as Cost Estimator or Construction Project Manager.
• Hands-on experience with workflows such as detailed cost estimation and architectural plan review.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
