About the role
Greene Resources is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join a growing and dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, and resource allocation
- Cookordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed
- Oversee project financials, forecasting, and cost control efforts
- Lead project coordination meetings and maintain stakeholder communication
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contract requirements
- Support preconstruction activities, including estimating, planning, and bidding
- Mentor project team members and provide leadership throughout project execution
- Build strong client relationships while driving successful project outcomes
Requirements
- Experience managing commercial construction projects
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, and cost management
- Experience administering contracts and subcontractor relationships
- Understanding of QA/QC processes and construction safety standards
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and project teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency with construction management software and project reporting tools
- Ability to travel as needed
- Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
