Construction Project Manager
About the role
The Construction Project Manager supports the planning, execution, and delivery of facilities and construction projects across the clients locations and branch network. This role manages projects from concept through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, compliance requirements, and quality standards are consistently met as the organization grows and evolves. The PM will also be responsible for working across all departments to prepare for new spaces (HR, IT, TA, Operations).
Responsibilities
- Project Management Lead end-to-end delivery of facilities projects including branch openings, remodels, relocations, and closures
- Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Track project progress and proactively adjust plans to meet timelines and milestones
- Cross-functional stakeholders to ensure project alignment and timely decision-making
- Vendor & Contractor Management
- Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with contractors, architects, and external service providers
- Ensure vendor compliance with contracts, insurance requirements, and safety standards
- Conduct site visits to oversee work quality and adherence to project specifications
- Facilities Planning & Maintenance
- Partner with leadership on long-term facilities strategy and space planning
- Support preventative maintenance programs and capital improvement initiatives
- Ensure consistency in branch design, branding, functionality, and member experience
- Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations (including ADA, OSHA, and building codes)
- Support physical security and safety standards across all facilities
- Audit, inspections, and regulatory reviews as needed
- Budget & Reporting
- Manage project budgets and capital expenditures
- Track costs, review invoices, and provide accurate financial reporting
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or timelines
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of relevant project management experience
- Prior experience with project management and facilities-related systems
- Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, construction management, or a related field preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

- Pay And Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $78,204.00 - $97,754.00/yr.
