Responsibilities
- Oversee job setup including materials, crew assignments, and logistics
- Communicate expectations between company and customer
- Maintain project progress and proactively address delays or challenges
- Measure to order residential replacement windows, roofing, siding, and doors
- Ensure GSE safety regulations are being followed
- Maintain high standards of workmanship
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in measuring custom residential replacement windows
- Proven supervisory and team management experience in the construction industry
- Professionalism with client-facing experience
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- General computer knowledge
- High School Diploma or GED
