About the Role
We're looking for a motivated leader to oversee residential construction projects from start to finish while maintaining exceptional craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. If you're organized, proactive, and enjoy working with subcontractors, homeowners, and construction teams, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple residential construction projects from groundbreaking through final walkthrough.
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Perform regular job site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Review blueprints, specifications, and project timelines.
- Communicate project updates with homeowners and company leadership.
- Resolve construction challenges quickly while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and company quality standards.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
Requirements
- 3+ years of residential construction project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of residential building methods and construction processes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience managing subcontractors and project schedules.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing custom or semi-custom home builds.
- Knowledge of construction management software.
- OSHA or other safety certifications are a plus.
