Job Description
Four Peaks Building Group, LLC. is looking for an experienced Project Manager for commercial construction contracts. The ideal candidate will be motivated and team-oriented, to help support a project team on a wide variety of construction projects. The Project Manager is the primary contact and manages projects from start to finish, including material procurement, subcontracts, submittals, scheduling, RFI’s, cost tracking, budget/cost code reports, change orders, and project closeout.

Schedule
8 hour regular shift but longer hours may be required depending on various circumstances
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the project superintendent, establishing, maintaining, and managing customer/owner, and subcontractor expectations
- Attend meetings including pre-construction, project, and staff meetings
- Monitor and track quantities on completed work and prepare monthly billing invoices
- Verify and approve invoices from subcontractors and suppliers
- Prepare and update project schedule
- Process change orders
- Communicate effectively progress/problems to senior management, field superintendent, subcontractor, and owner
- Manage all aspects related to the execution of the project including safety, quality control and project integrity
- Review and provide accurate project costs and forecasting
Qualifications and Skills
- Five (5) to Seven (7) years of experience within the field of project management is preferred
- Three (3) to Five (5) years of experience within commercial construction is preferred
- B.S. Degree or equivalent work experience
- Must have good documentation skills and be proactive in resolving issues quickly
- Able to write professional and effective emails and letters
- Able to timely organize and archive project documentation
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Understand construction language, plans, materials, and methods and ability to communicate effectively within the construction environment
