Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Forecast and analyze construction costs, exposures, and profits.
• Develop a schedule for all phases of the build.
• Aid in obtaining permits, adhering to deadlines, and communicating impacts to the schedule.
• Create and implement project-specific processes and procedures.
• In conjunction with the Project Superintendent, lead, direct, and coordinate daily management and construction activities.
• Manage project costs through ongoing evaluations of labor, materials, and equipment.
• Interface with various company departments to resolve issues.
• Act as the liaison between the client, the company, subcontractors, and government officials.
• Ensure compliance with all safety measures, procedures, and requirements.
• Ensure substantial completion as per specifications.
• Assist with the submission of record drawings, maintenance manuals, and warranties for a smooth closeout process.

What It Takes

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Science, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of relevant work experience in the construction industry.
• Osha 30 Certification.
