About the role

Dewberry is seeking Construction Project Manager/Office Engineers to work on projects in the greater NYC metropolitan area.

Responsibilities

  • Prior construction inspection experience on NYSDOT, NYSTA or NYC Public Agency projects
  • Maintain the project documentation system
  • Prepare weekly reports
  • Prepare monthly estimates and change orders
  • Maintain as-builts
  • Site Manager experience required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, engineering and/or NICET IV Certification
  • 6+ years’ relevant experience
  • Site Manager experience
  • Excellent communications and client relations skills
  • Able to manage field staff and work as a team player
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Pay

The projected range for this position is $120,000 - $155,000 annually. Depending upon other factors, i.e., skills, experience, location, market conditions, the range may vary slightly. These ranges are for NY only.
