About the role
Dewberry is seeking Construction Project Manager/Office Engineers to work on projects in the greater NYC metropolitan area.
Responsibilities
- Prior construction inspection experience on NYSDOT, NYSTA or NYC Public Agency projects
- Maintain the project documentation system
- Prepare weekly reports
- Prepare monthly estimates and change orders
- Maintain as-builts
- Site Manager experience required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, engineering and/or NICET IV Certification
- 6+ years’ relevant experience
- Site Manager experience
- Excellent communications and client relations skills
- Able to manage field staff and work as a team player
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Pay
The projected range for this position is $120,000 - $155,000 annually. Depending upon other factors, i.e., skills, experience, location, market conditions, the range may vary slightly. These ranges are for NY only.
