Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Developing and managing project budgets
• Creating detailed schedules and overseeing resource allocation
• Conducting regular site inspections & meetings
• Reviewing construction plans and specifications
• Identifying potential risks and implementing proactive measures to mitigate them
• Verifying that all work is performed to the highest quality standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant construction project management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working in Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts
