Construction Project Manager
About the role
As a Construction Project Manager at ElitAire, you will manage day-to-day project activities for executed orders, coordinate with service organizations and technicians, provide clear communication and updates, assist in proposal development, offer technical assistance, guide equipment selection and application, collaborate with manufacturer partners, and support Account Managers with customer-specific marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day project activities for executed orders, including site visits.
- Cook up with service organizations and technicians for start-up, warranty, and troubleshooting matters.
- Provide clear communication and updates throughout the project lifecycle.
- Aid in developing proposals and pricing estimates for equipment and technical solutions.
- Offer timely and accurate technical assistance to Account Managers and customers.
- Utilize your deep understanding of HVAC airside and waterside systems to guide customers in equipment selection and application.
- Collaborate with manufacturer partners and utilize software to provide accurate equipment selections.
- Work closely with Account Managers to ensure proper equipment selection and application alignment.
- Develop comprehensive proposals, including itemized costs and relevant project information.
- Support Account Managers with customer-specific marketing strategies.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Requirements
- Self-starter with the ability to problem solve and make decisions without close supervision.
- Self-motivated, accurate, efficient, and capable of responding to customer needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or associate degree in project management, construction management or Industrial; preferred.
- Site visits; required (travel is estimated to be between 10%-25%).
- HVAC Project Management; preferred.
- Proficiency in computer applications and operating systems including Windows, Word, and Excel.
- Familiarity with Computer Aided Drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make independent decisions.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Our typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, with occasional travel for site visits.
