Key Responsibilities

  • Own project delivery from handoff to closeout for high-end custom homes and complex remodels.
  • Lead the job site daily: coordinate and schedule trades, vendors, and inspections to keep work flowing.
  • Manage budgets and job costs in line with contract values and company standards; review and approve invoices, change orders, and allowances.
  • Communicate with homeowners regularly, providing updates, setting expectations, and educating them on options and decisions.
  • Collaborate with pre-construction and design teams to ensure plans, selections, and specifications are fully understood and executed accurately in the field.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites that reflect the Bradford brand and are comfortable for clients to visit.
  • Monitor quality and details throughout the project, punch issues early, not at the end.
  • Anticipate and solve problems, proactively addressing schedule conflicts, scope questions, and site conditions.
  • Document progress and issues through photos, notes, and project management systems.
  • Participate in weekly production meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of processes, standards, and client experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Residential Project Manager/Superintendent/Builder for custom homes and/or large-scale remodels.
  • Strong understanding of residential construction methods, sequencing, and building codes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, trades, and timelines in the field.
  • Experience with high-end custom homes in markets similar to Sandy Springs, Buckhead, or other affluent neighborhoods.
  • Background working closely with design and architecture teams.
  • Track record of building strong, long-term relationships with trade partners and vendors.
  • A personal interest in intentional living, performance-focused environments, or health/wellness-oriented design.
  • Comfortable leading homeowner meetings and communicating with high-expectation clients.
  • Solid financial awareness: tracking budgets, reviewing job costs, and working with change orders.
  • Proficiency with basic technology and construction/project management software (any modern platform; we'll train on our tools).
  • Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and ability to travel daily to job sites across the north metro Atlanta area (typically within about an hour of Acworth).
  • Ability to attend in-person Wednesday production meetings at the Acworth office and additional in-office meetings as needed.

Pay & Benefits

Employment type: Full-time, W-2, in-person/field-based
Salary: $90,000 to $105,000 base, depending on experience and qualifications.
Bonus potential: Up to 20% of base salary, based on performance and company results.
401(k) plan.
Monthly vehicle allowance to help cover gas and work-related travel.
