Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage RFIs, submittals, schedules, budgets, scope changes, and other project documents using Procore.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders & Vendors throughout the project.
- Conduct regular meetings with key stakeholders to report on project progress.
- Communicate project risks and propose mitigation strategies proactively.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with the project team.
- Develop and manage project schedules using MS Project.
- Oversee construction progress and ensure updates are documented and reported.
- Expertly interpret and manage construction drawings and documentation.
- Outline and submit specifications as required.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define project scope and delivery methods.
- Apply knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards to ensure quality and safety.
- Negotiate and manage prime contracts, subcontracts, and vendor agreements while protecting financial interests and fostering positive client relationships.
- Manage the design process to ensure timely delivery of quality and budget-conscious documents.
- Lead and supervise a small to mid-sized team, ensuring effective and independent work.
- Create and validate financial forecasts for upcoming project activities.
- Develop bid packages and solicit proposals as per client policies.
Essential Skills and Abilities
- Cultivate relationships within client organizations to coordinate work and make decisions effectively.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, along with a proactive and independent work ethic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam and Procore.
- Ability to comprehend ARCH & MEP drawings and reports, with a focus on identifying potential improvements for project implementation.
Required Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management is preferred.
- Experience in lieu of a degree is acceptable.
- 5-7 years of relevant construction industry experience.
- Experience in corporate interiors, interiors, mechanical, civil, or utility services.

Pay
$100,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year (commensurate with skills & experience)
