Construction Project Manager
Summary
Reports to the Director. Oversees and coordinates construction projects of Beacon Health System. Conducts inspections and ensures compliance with safety codes and regulations.

Professional Services
Develops and assists in the budgetary process for new and/or remodeling construction projects. Reviews designs, makes recommendations, prepares project drawings, specifications, and bid packages, controls bidding process, and approves project change orders.
Collaboration and Communication
Engages with internal clients/user groups to facilitate design decisions. Works with architectural firms and in-house design teams. Serves as owner’s representative to ensure timely completion and cost control. Maintains project status reports and collaborates with Facilities Engineering leadership.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Administration, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of ten years of progressively responsible experience in managing construction projects
