Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and objectives.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Create and manage project budgets, ensuring financial goals are met.
- Maintain accurate financial records and monitor project expenses.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate project goals, updates, and expectations.
- Select and manage relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Identify potential risks and challenges and develop strategies for mitigation.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate necessary adjustments during inspections.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
- Experience with project planning, budgeting, and cost management.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of construction contracts, specifications, and industry standards.
- Experience with risk management and quality control processes.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Project.

Pay
Salary range: $70,000 - $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work required for project deadlines.
