Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities

  • Work with clients and insurance carriers to address structural losses on properties.
  • Conduct initial site visits and document property damage.
  • Create, revise, and ensure that estimates meet TPA guidelines.
  • Manage projects within TPA deadlines and requirements.
  • Upload estimates into TPA platforms and manage revisions according to TPA requirements.
  • Perform quality control checks at job sites, including safety inspections and verification of completed work.
  • Create and manage budgets, P&L sheets, and timelines for projects.
  • Obtain work authorizations, draw schedules, manage payments, and ensure satisfaction certificates are issued.
  • Set and negotiate terms with subcontractors, customers, and clients.
  • Handle receipt reconciliation, weekly accounts receivable and payable reporting, and manage invoicing and collection goals.
  • Negotiate terms and set expectations with subcontractors, customers, and clients.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in construction and/or remodeling industry.
  • 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • 2 years of project management experience.
  • Driver’s License required.
  • IICRC Certification preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

  • Experience in managing restoration claims and working with insurance carriers.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.
  • Knowledge of TPA guidelines and requirements.
  • Experience with project management software and systems.

Pay

$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule

Monday to Friday, On call, On Call Rotation for weekends.

Ability to commute/relocate

Albuquerque, NM 87107: Reliably commute (Required).
