Construction Project Manager
Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and accountability for multiple construction projects simultaneously.
- Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout in alignment with company standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support business development and preconstruction efforts.
- Review bid documents and scopes of work.
- Solicit, analyze, and level subcontractor and vendor bids.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings and site walks.
- Assist with preparation of project estimates and proposals.

Pay and Benefits
Pay Range: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00/yr.
Time Off: Competitive vacation accrual based on tenure (up to 4 weeks), paid holidays including floating birthday holiday, and paid sick leave (48 hours).
