Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Cook up coordination with Superintendents, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and owners
• Manage work across active healthcare campuses and occupied facilities
• Represent the company professionally on-site and in all client interactions
• Maintain strong documentation, clear communication, and consistent follow-through
• Support problem-solving and decision-making throughout all phases of construction

Qualifications

• 5-15 years or experience as a Project Manager at a general contractor
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field
• Healthcare construction experience
• Proven experience managing projects end-to-end, from preconstruction through closeout
