Our client in the Puget Sound Area location is currently hiring for a Construction Project Manager. This position is focused on healthcare and critical environment construction projects and will lead projects ranging from approximately $400K to $20M in value. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience managing occupied healthcare facilities, financial performance, client relationships, and project teams from preconstruction through closeout. Pay - $175,000 - $225,000 (Depending on years of experience, project portfolio, software proficiency, leadership experience, and relevant project types) Location - Puget Sound Area Schedule - Standard Monday - Friday (40+ hours per week) (Responsibilities) Serve as the primary client contact and manage project scope, budget, schedule, and overall project delivery. Lead estimating efforts, GMP development, procurement activities, contract negotiations, and subcontractor management. Oversee project financials including forecasting, budgeting, billing, and change order management. Collaborate with superintendents, architects, engineers, and design teams to ensure successful project execution. Manage projects within healthcare, occupied, clean, and critical operating environments. Drive project schedules and ensure quality, safety, and operational requirements are met. Mentor project engineers and provide leadership to project teams throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders. (Qualification Requirements) Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline. 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience. Proven experience managing healthcare construction projects within occupied facilities. Strong knowledge of project budgeting, forecasting, estimating, contract administration, and financial controls. Experience delivering projects in critical environments requiring minimal operational disruption. Strong client-facing leadership and communication skills. Proficiency with construction management software such as Bluebeam, PlanGrid, Autodesk, Primavera P6, and/or Vista. Experience leading project teams and mentoring junior construction professionals. (Disqualifiers) No healthcare construction project experience. No experience managing occupied or critical environment projects. Limited exposure to project financial management, forecasting, budgeting, or contract administration. Less than 10 years of relevant commercial construction project management experience. Limited client-facing leadership or team management experience.
