About the role

This role leads and delivers complex commercial construction projects from planning through warranty, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Construction Project Manager builds and guides high-performing teams, manages client and stakeholder relationships, and oversees all aspects of project planning, coordination, and execution. Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver complex commercial construction projects from planning through warranty, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Build and guide high-performing teams, manage client and stakeholder relationships, and oversee all aspects of project planning, coordination, and execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management.
  • At least 7 years of commercial construction experience.
  • Proven project management experience overseeing commercial construction projects from planning through completion.
  • Strong construction management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and safety oversight.
  • Hands-on project coordination experience, including managing multiple stakeholders and project phases.
  • Experience preparing project manuals and detailed work category descriptions for bid packages.
  • Experience in coordinating project planning services such as estimating, scheduling, value engineering, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with establishing and managing subcontract agreements and trade contractor work scopes.
  • Experience leading pre-bid conferences, post-bid meetings, and pre-installation meetings.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.87 - $48.08/hr.
