Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all phases of project delivery, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and closeout.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring milestones, deadlines, and budget requirements are consistently achieved.
  • Define and control project scope, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to drive project success and maintain alignment with organizational goals.
  • Proactively identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
  • Monitor project performance and ensure all deliverables meet established quality and compliance standards.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders by understanding project objectives and ensuring expectations are clearly communicated and met.
  • Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices, innovative solutions, and effective project management methodologies.
  • Prepare and present project updates, status reports, and key metrics to leadership and stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
  • Cook up resources across internal teams and external partners to optimize project execution and operational efficiency.
  • Support organizational change management and process improvement initiatives related to project delivery and execution.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant construction processes, facilities management practices, and applicable building standards and codes where required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management certification.
  • Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, preferably managing complex, multidisciplinary projects in the commercial real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading projects from concept or inception through completion while managing scope, budget, schedule, and resources.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence, guide, and collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to various audiences.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive stakeholder alignment and maintain high levels of client and partner satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree in a related field.
  • Experience managing projects across multiple sectors, such as office, retail, industrial, healthcare, and other commercial environments.
  • Background in organizational change management and process improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, facilities management, and applicable building standards and codes.
  • Proficiency with project management software, scheduling tools, and reporting platforms.
  • Experience driving innovation in project delivery and implementing new methodologies or tools to improve outcomes.
  • Familiarity with commercial real estate operations and related project considerations.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
