About the role

The Project Manager position is responsible for the overall planning and coordination of activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities and systems, while executing a project from start until completion.

Responsibilities

• Work with team members on the conceptual development of a construction project
• Oversee the organization, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation of a project or multiple projects
• Minimize cost and risk
• Risk manage, budget effectively, and deliver project products and services in a timely manner

Requirements

• A preferred 4-6 years of experience in project management
• An organized, responsive, and adept individual
• A great eye for detail and great team spirit
