Construction Project Manager 2

Responsibilities

• Planning, budgeting, and oversight of design, construction, and occupancy while meeting regulatory standards.
• Collaboration with internal and external customers and partners.
• Evaluation of proposed projects and alignment to organizational strategic plans.
• Leading multiple projects within scope, quality, time, and cost constraints.
• Implementing departmental initiatives and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, facilities management, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in design and construction project management.
• Prior experience in healthcare construction preferred.
• PMP Certification desired.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect or Engineer, preferred.

Skills

• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of healthcare construction regulations and standards.

• 1.0 FTE, Days Schedule: Monday-Friday.
• Location: Onsite in La Crosse, WI Main Campus.
