Construction Project Management Sr Manager
About the role
AECOM Hunt has an opportunity for a Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team and support the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Responsibilities
- Establishes operational objectives and work plans, delegates assignment to subordinate managers.
- Reviews objectives to determine success of operation.
- Develops, modifies, executes company policies that affect immediate operations and may have company-wide effect.
- Works on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
- Implements strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
- Oversees the administration of projects during the construction cycle including technical, financial, and client satisfaction.
- Accountable for the development, coordination, and execution of the planning, design and/or construction management activities and personnel under individual's direction on a day-to-day basis.

Requirements
- BS Construction Management/Engineering and 10 years of relevant construction management experience.
- 2 years of leadership or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in retrofitting existing buildings and to fit for new purpose/use which includes structural modifications and MEFP upgrades.
- Experience in management of design-build contractors.
- Ability to compose and buy out scopes of work.
- Experience with sports venues either permanent construction or temporary construction.
- Change Management experience – both on the cost side also in general – ability to adapt to changes in schedule and sequencing.
- Multiple Stakeholder management.

Pay
The range for this position is $149,845.17 to $277,213.58.
