About the role
ASRC Federal Facilities Logistics, a subsidiary of ASRC Federal, is seeking a Construction Project Management Specialist with experience supporting Operations and Maintenance Task orders for facilities like those at the Goddard Space Flight Center. This is an onsite position at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support all Task Order Projects.
- Facilitate task orders issued by the Government.
- Coordinate contractors and on-site tradesmen and assure all badging, documentation, and work procedures comply with GSFC mandates and specifications.
- Communicate with system owners, building managers, occupants, and request system outages.
- Maintain control of the task orders, subcontracts, budget, and oversee project expenditures.
- Lead prebid job walks with potential bidders and work with procurement on subcontract scope of work.
- Participate in weekly performance meetings with upper management.
- Apply experience in electrical and mechanical systems, installation, and code.
- Utilize knowledge of outage & LOTO processes and electrical coordination with other trades.
- Review and modify drawings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a related or applicable field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
