About the role

Brooks Building Solutions is seeking a Construction Project Management Intern for Summer 2027. This hands‑on opportunity provides experience supporting major commercial construction projects in Jacksonville, including the new Jaguars stadium and Four Seasons Residential.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers with scheduling, documentation, and project coordination.
• Assist with material procurement and tracking.
• Communicate with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Visit active job sites and gain exposure to construction operations.
• Assist with project closeout and day‑to‑day project management activities.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Rising junior or senior, registered for full‑time classes for Fall 2027.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in both an office and active job‑site environment.
• Available to complete a 10–12 week internship beginning May 24, 2027.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license.
