About the role

Sunrise, FL | $22-$23/hour | Housing Not Provided Brooks Building Solutions is seeking a Construction Project Management Intern for Summer 2027 in our Sunrise, Florida office. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience supporting commercial construction projects from planning through completion while working alongside experienced project management professionals.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers with scheduling, documentation, and project coordination
• Assist with material procurement and tracking
• Communicate with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Visit active job sites and gain exposure to construction operations
• Assist with project closeout and day-to-day project management activities

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Rising Junior or Senior, registered for full-time classes for Fall 2027
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in both an office and active job-site environment
• Available to complete a 10–12 week internship beginning May 24, 2027
• Must have a valid U.S. driver's license
