About the Role
This position is for a Project Executive who will manage construction projects from inception through completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, experience with commercial construction, and ground-up multi-family, large retail, or light industrial experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage construction projects from inception through completion
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality control
- Work closely with clients to understand project requirements and expectations
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Prepare and present project reports and progress updates
Requirements
- BS/MS in Construction or similar experience
- 10+ years’ experience in Construction Project Management
- Experience with Commercial Construction
- Ground up Multi-family, large retail or light industrial experience preferred
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of construction industry standards and practices
