We are adding a Construction Project Executive to our growing New Construction division in Pasco, Washington.
Responsibilities
- Develops and manages large and complex projects including strategies, goals, and objectives.
- Serves as a primary point of contact with the customer during project implementation.
- Manages project assignments for team members.
- Acts as a steward of all company policies and procedures.
- Responds to stakeholders with accurate and timely information.
- Facilitates invoice payments from clients and ensures timely payment of subcontractors.
- Prepares client and subcontractor change orders.
- Prepares monthly project accounting review (ETC).
- Maintains project schedules and monitors change issues.
- Selects, develops, coaches, and manages staff.
- Manages relationships with craft foremen and other field personnel.
- Reviews project progress with trade foremen as the design evolves.
- Manages a percentage of the annual sales based on department needs.
- Supports customers with project financials, contractual, and technical issues.
- Works with a large client base including owners and company business leaders.
- Takes ownership of projects as assigned by Business Unit Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- At least ten (10) years of project management experience in construction.
- Five (5) years of managing a team.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio.
- Proficiency in scheduling software: Microsoft Project, Primavera, and/or Suretrak.
- RCDD, CPM professional designation preferred.
- Working knowledge of SharePoint.
- Knowledge of applicable codes.
- Knowledge of equipment selection procedures.
- Basic estimating skills preferred.
- Knowledge of low voltage systems (HVAC Controls, Fire Alarm, Security) preferred.
Qualifications
- Current US Work Authorization.
