Construction Project Engineer (Vertical)

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Project Engineer to join our team in Honolulu, HI. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring self-storage projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage construction projects from conception to completion.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
• Monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of construction processes and procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills.
• Previous experience in self-storage construction projects is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in construction management or engineering.

Work Environment

The role requires working on-site at various construction locations. The work environment involves working outdoors in all weather conditions. Appropriate safety gear and attire must be worn at all times.

Pay

$65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year.
