Description
We’re hiring a Construction Project Engineer to be the on-site problem solver ensuring our large, multi-year healthcare project meets strict quality, safety, and compliance standards. While initially on one large project, there will be some regional overnight travel to other job sites as a Project Engineer for education (k-12) and healthcare construction installations—specializing in cabinets, casework, and related products for education buildings, hospitals, clinics, and medical facilities.
What You’ll Do
- Oversight of daily installation activities on healthcare construction sites
- Verification of layouts, field measurements, and site readiness
- Coordination with installers, subcontractors, and general contractors
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare safety and regulatory requirements
- Resolution of issues quickly to keep projects on schedule and within budget
Requirements
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 2–5 years in construction/project management
- Comfortable traveling (with overnight stays)
- Strong communicator and organized leader
- Familiarity with site operations, infection control protocols, and safety standards
- Proficiency with field reporting tools (PROCORE a plus)
