Job Title: Project Engineer Location: West Memphis, Arkansas Schedule: Full-time Responsibilities Assist the Project Manager with takeoffs and construction schedulesCoordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and material suppliersStudy drawings, specifications, and geotechnical reportsAssist the site Superintendent with the implementation of quality control measuresRecord and verify on-site activities and production summariesWork 90% in the field and 10% in the officeUnderstand and help implement required safety measurementsAttend company-wide training Qualifications Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management preferredPrevious experience in construction is not required but is a plusWe will consider recent college graduates for this roleMust be well organized, responsible, reliable, punctual, and eager to learn and have a strong work ethicProficient with Word, Excel, and BluebeamAutoCAD experience is a plusAbility to travel to various job sites within the districtA driver’s license required Benefits Package Competitive Salary.100% paid premiums for Dental and Vision plans for the employee and all dependents.Malcolm covers an average of 90% of the medical premium for the employee and all dependents.Malcolm contributes up to 10% of your salary into a retirement plan.Opportunities for career advancement.
