The Project Engineer assists the Project Manager with the planning and daily execution of projects. They will be responsible for maintaining certain aspects of the project schedule, as assigned by the Project Manager, by managing the process of submittal approvals, coordinating the timely delivery of materials, and maintaining schedules and budgets to ensure projects are completed with quality and profitability while complying with Safety/Zero Harm culture. (Compensation) Project Engineer - $85,000/yr. - $90,000/yr.Sr. Project Engineer - $90,000/yr. - $97,500/yr.Assistant/Associate Project Manager - $97,500/yr. - $110,000/yr. Location - Seattle, WA (100% Onsite) (Summary Of Key Responsibilities) Project Financial ResponsibilitiesPreconstruction ServicesProject Start-up and SchedulingRFIChange ordersSubmittalsProject Administration, Coordination, and Close-outPromote Customer RelationsPromote Culture, Leadership, and Employee Development (Qualification Requirements) 1+ years of experience as a construction project engineer with a general contractor.Experience processing RFIs, Submittals, and coordinating between multiple trades and subcontractors.Experience with Procore and Bluebeam (Bonus).Experience working with MEP trades on healthcare projects (Big Bonus).Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering.Comfortable submitting to a drug test (including testing for THC) upon onboarding. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Seattle, WA. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $95000.00/hr.
