Construction Project Coordinator

Role: Project Engineer Responsibilities: Support capital projects by working individually and in teams to improve client performance, develop project schedules, manage budgets, and prepare necessary documentation such as bids, scopes of work, and safety plans. Conduct safety reviews, implement quality control, prequalify vendors, process RFIs and submittals, and participate in post-project reviews. Collaborate with construction managers and site superintendents in planning, design, and construction management of industrial structures across various sectors. Build strong client relationships through day-to-day expertise and support project delivery with accuracy and consistency. Qualifications & Skills: Construction industry experience in project coordination, extensive PROCORE platform knowledge, and ability to manage project budgets and schedules. Strong safety and quality management skills are essential. The role requires effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving capabilities. Key Duties: Assist in project planning, cost management, safety implementation, vendor prequalification, and document preparation. Support project execution and review processes, contributing to successful project outcomes and client satisfaction.
