Job Description
- Cook up and manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and schedules.
- Act as the primary liaison between owners, contractors, and project teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Aid in budget management by tracking expenses and processing invoices.
- Organize and maintain project files and records for easy access and compliance.
- Support project meetings by preparing agendas, taking notes, and distributing minutes.
- Identify and resolve administrative issues that may impact project timelines.
- Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
The Successful Applicant
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with construction project documentation and administrative processes.
- Exceptional communication skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite and project management platforms.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
