About the role

Responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee project planning and execution
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
  • Communicate regularly with clients and team members
  • Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during project execution

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Passing score on a background check

Skills

  • Project management software proficiency (e.g., Primavera, MS Project)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay

Schedule
