Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial reports related to construction projects
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost control
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to resolve financial issues
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- CPA certification preferred
- Experience with construction accounting software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
