About the role
As a Construction Project Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial aspects of construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial reports related to construction projects.
- Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
- Handle invoicing and payment processes for construction contracts.
- Collaborate with project managers and other departments to ensure accurate cost tracking.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of construction industry practices and regulations.
- Experience with project management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Understanding of accrual and deferral accounting principles.

Pay
