Brief Description
SABG is hiring a full-time Construction Program Analyst (Entry Level) to support the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in Huntsville, AL.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the primary contact for program procedures and policies.
- Correspond with upper management regarding goals and objectives of programs.
- Carry out administrative tasks as required to facilitate an efficient working environment.
- Communicate and negotiate with clients, customers, and supervisors.
- Ensure business operations and efforts are always favorable to the business objective.
- Manage contractor Request for Information (RFI) inquires.
- Manage contractor submittals.
- Manage contractor design comments and responses.
- Manage and distribute project construction drawings and documents to the Integrative Project Team (IPT).
- Create and manage project related requisitions.
- Document and manage lessons learned and risk logs.
- Answer customer or client inquiries.
- Perform additional tasks as may be required by superiors.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Capable of providing expertise in Strategic Planning, Programmatic and Communication techniques and processes to support stakeholder requirements.
- Has specialized relevant knowledge and works as a member of team and assists with solving complex problems.
- Advanced-level working knowledge, skills and abilities using Microsoft 365 and Adobe software suites is required.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to provide expertise in Strategic Planning, Programmatic and Communication techniques and processes to support stakeholder requirements.
- Associates degree or higher.
- 0-3 years prior experience working as a program analyst or related field for construction, design/build, and architecture and engineering projects.
- Proficient with computer technology and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Sharp attention to detail with an extraordinary ability to multitask.
- Reliable and diligent worker.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and/or procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to question activities and issues in all functional areas and make sound business decisions based on that data.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, and hear.
- The employee is frequently required to write and type on a computer.
- The employee is occasionally required to stand; climb, or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
