Brief Description

SABG is hiring a full-time Construction Program Analyst (Entry Level) to support the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in Huntsville, AL.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the primary contact for program procedures and policies.
  • Correspond with upper management regarding goals and objectives of programs.
  • Carry out administrative tasks as required to facilitate an efficient working environment.
  • Communicate and negotiate with clients, customers, and supervisors.
  • Ensure business operations and efforts are always favorable to the business objective.
  • Manage contractor Request for Information (RFI) inquires.
  • Manage contractor submittals.
  • Manage contractor design comments and responses.
  • Manage and distribute project construction drawings and documents to the Integrative Project Team (IPT).
  • Create and manage project related requisitions.
  • Document and manage lessons learned and risk logs.
  • Answer customer or client inquiries.
  • Perform additional tasks as may be required by superiors.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Capable of providing expertise in Strategic Planning, Programmatic and Communication techniques and processes to support stakeholder requirements.
  • Has specialized relevant knowledge and works as a member of team and assists with solving complex problems.
  • Advanced-level working knowledge, skills and abilities using Microsoft 365 and Adobe software suites is required.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to provide expertise in Strategic Planning, Programmatic and Communication techniques and processes to support stakeholder requirements.
  • Associates degree or higher.
  • 0-3 years prior experience working as a program analyst or related field for construction, design/build, and architecture and engineering projects.
  • Proficient with computer technology and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Sharp attention to detail with an extraordinary ability to multitask.
  • Reliable and diligent worker.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret governmental regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and/or procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

  • Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

REASONING ABILITY

  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to question activities and issues in all functional areas and make sound business decisions based on that data.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, and hear.
  • The employee is frequently required to write and type on a computer.
  • The employee is occasionally required to stand; climb, or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
