We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if there is real specific content. Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections have content. The posting includes: - Project Location: Fairfax, Virginia (metadata) - Intro paragraph about role, career growth, travel/relocation, etc. Could be "About the role". - Then description of S2N, mission, etc. Could be part of About the role. - Then "We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager..." That's also about role. - Then "Key Responsibilities" list. - Then "Qualifications" list. - Then "The Physical Side of the Role:" description. - Then "Your Work Environment:" description. - Then "Our High-Performing Culture:" description. - Then "A Drug Free Workplace:" description. - Then compensation and benefits: "Clark offers a total compensation package that includes base salary, bonus potential, and a comprehensive benefits package including health/dental/vision benefits, paid time off, retirement/401k, and Company Contribution plan. Additional benefits include life insurance, commuter benefit, short & long term disability, fitness reimbursement, FSA, tuition reimbursement, back-up daycare, tutoring & family support benefits, EAP/Work-Life assistance, and a holiday contribution program. For this role the base salary range is $85,000 - $150,000. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work." Thus we have Benefits and Pay sections. Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly. There's mention of extended hours, flexibility, etc. Could be considered schedule? But schedule is not explicit like "full-time", "Monday-Friday". Might be considered schedule content? The instruction: only include a section when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. "extended hours, especially during critical project phases or client deadlines" is specific enough? It mentions schedule expectations. Could be considered Schedule section. However we need to decide if we want to include Schedule. The posting does not give explicit schedule like "40 hours per week", but does mention extended hours, flexibility, monitoring communications after hours. That's schedule-related. I'd include a Schedule section with that content. Skills: There's mention of skills like negotiation, communication, leadership, problem solving, etc. Could be Skills section. But we already have Qualifications and Responsibilities. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine skills into Qualifications or Responsibilities. However we have a Qualifications section already; we could put skill-related items there. The posting includes "Skilled at negotiating and developing relationships with owners and subcontractors." "Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team;" "Strong work ethic, motivated, self-starter, problem-solver." "Strong communication skills, written and verbal." "A strong passion for technology systems, construction management, and the industry is essential." "Preferred: Working knowledge of construction management software platforms such as Procore, FieldWire, and Bluebeam." Those could be qualifications or skills. We could keep Qualifications as is, and maybe not create a separate Skills section to avoid thin sections. Benefits: we have content. Pay: we have base salary range. Schedule: we have mention of extended hours, flexibility, after-hours communications. About the role: we have introductory paragraphs. Responsibilities: we have "Key Responsibilities" list. Qualifications: we have "Qualifications" list plus maybe physical side and work environment could be part of Qualifications? But we have separate sections for Physical Side and Work Environment and High-Performing Culture and Drug Free Workplace. Those could be considered part of About the role or Qualifications? The instruction: Use headings for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It does not list Physical Side, Work Environment, Culture, Drug Free Workplace as allowed headings. So we must not create headings for those; we must fold that content into existing allowed headings. So we need to incorporate those details into About the role, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule, etc. Thus we need to map: - About the role: include introductory paragraphs, description of S2N, mission, role overview, maybe also physical side, work environment, culture, drug free workplace? Those are aspects of the role. Could be included. - Responsibilities: the list under "Key Responsibilities". - Qualifications: the list under "Qualifications" plus maybe physical requirements? But physical side is more about job demands; could be part of Qualifications (requirements). However Qualifications heading is allowed. We'll include education, experience, certifications, etc. Physical demands could be considered part of Qualifications (requirements). But we might also put them under About the role. To avoid too many sections, we can put physical demands under Qualifications as "Physical requirements". However the heading is Qualifications; we can include a paragraph about physical demands inside that section. - Benefits: list of benefits. - Pay: base salary range. - Schedule: mention of extended hours, flexibility, after-hours availability. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. The posting didn't have explicit EEO but there is a link at end: "https://www.clarkconstruction.com/careers/clark-experience". That's likely a link to company careers page; could be considered navigation? Might be considered boilerplate; we should drop it. Also the line "Your safety is our top priority, and you'll be expected to follow Clark Construction's safety policies and procedures, and all applicable laws, at all locations." That's part of work environment; we can keep. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like travel/relocation encouragement, sectors served, etc. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Thus produce something like:
