Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise journeyman and apprentice-level team members on job sites
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications for HVAC and plumbing systems
- Plan daily work activities, allocate resources, and maintain project timelines
- Ensure compliance with job site safety standards and company policies
- Perform installations, modifications, and preventive maintenance as needed
- Communicate effectively with project managers, foremen, and clients
- Document work performed and maintain accurate records
Requirements
- Valid Journeyman license in plumbing or HVAC
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction projects
- Proven leadership skills with ability to mentor team members
- Strong knowledge of tools, equipment, and safety practices
- Able to work from ladders, lifts, and at various heights
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Experience in Medical Gas (MedGas) installation is ideal
