Qualifications
- Construction Operations Experience: Experience in project management or operations, ideally in construction, renovation, or a related field.
- Leadership and Organizational Skills: Ability to recruit and manage installation crews, coordinate with vendors, and oversee multiple projects at once.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and manage client relationships effectively.
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable using different software to manage project schedules, generate reports, and track client interactions.
- Problem-solving ability: Skilled at handling unexpected challenges, from material delays to customer concerns, and finding quick, practical solutions.
