Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and highly organized Office Manager / Office Administrator to oversee day-to-day office operations and serve as a key point of contact for employees, customers, vendors, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations and administrative activities
Maintain organized files, records, and documentation
Clock office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
Support leadership with administrative projects and special assignments
Auxiliary in maintaining efficient office procedures and workflows
Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
Respond to emails and inquiries in a timely manner
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications
Welcome visitors and maintain a professional office environment
Auxiliary in scheduling meetings, appointments, and company events
Clock employee communications and company announcements
Auxiliary in onboarding paperwork and administrative processes
Auxiliary in employee records management and document organization
Auxiliary in facilitating communication between departments and leadership
Provide administrative support to management and team members as needed
Work closely with bookkeeping and leadership teams
Auxiliary in document collection, reporting, and administrative tracking
Auxiliary in operational recordkeeping and business administration functions
Auxiliary in ensuring accuracy and organization of office-related information
Qualifications
Previous experience in an Office Manager, Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional and customer-service-oriented approach
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and general office technology
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Target Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 annually, based on experience, qualifications, and overall fit.
