CONSTRUCTION MECHANIC

About the role

Repair and maintain in a safe working condition all heavy equipment, trucks and fleet motor vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Completes preventive maintenance requirements on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines.
• Follows diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instruction and engineering specifications.
• Troubleshoots malfunctions.

Requirements

• Two to four years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of machinery and own tools.
• Must be able to cross US/Canadian Borders.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and be insurable with RTC auto insurance, CDL is an asset.
