Construction Materials Testing Technician

Essential Functions And Responsibilities

• Perform site observations of earthwork, utility backfill, excavations, foundation construction
• Perform construction material testing and special inspections
• Collect samples and perform tests to monitor compliance with construction specifications
• Complete daily tasks including traveling to job sites using company vehicles and interacting with Design Team, Building Officials, Contractors and Clients
• Provide constant communication with Project Managers when on site

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• A valid driver’s license
• A clear driving record

Additional Qualifications That Are a Plus

• ACI field concrete testing
• Radiation safety certification
• Construction Experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• ICC Special Inspection Certifications
