About the role

The Construction Materials Testing Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the testing and quality control of construction materials in Northern New Jersey. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the testing and quality control of construction materials
• Develop and implement quality assurance programs
• Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to safety protocols
• Prepare and present reports on material testing results and quality control measures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction materials testing and quality control
• Experience with industry certifications such as ASCE, ASTM, or other relevant organizations
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
