Responsibilities
- Receive and log concrete and soil samples
- Performs and understand various laboratory test procedures
- Affixes to AMRL and CCRL (regulatory standards) assessments
- Affixes to Braun Quality system for the laboratory
- Enters and understands lab data
- Maintains laboratory equipment in good operating condition
- Performs other miscellaneous laboratory tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- ACI, MnDOT and related industry certifications preferred
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of construction materials lab experience
- Must have valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
- The ability to lift 50-75+ pounds
