Construction Material Field Technician

About the role

Responsible for inspecting and testing construction materials at various sites in the Annapolis Junction area.

Responsibilities

• Inspect construction materials for compliance with industry standards and specifications.
• Document findings and report any non-conformities to management.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols during inspections.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Experience in construction material inspection preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills

• Knowledge of building codes and standards.
• Basic knowledge of material testing equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay

Schedule
