About WorldWide Ranch

WorldWide Ranch (WWR) is a North Texas media company connecting communities through radio, sports, special events, and digital storytelling. Our family of brands includes, but is not limited to: 95.9 The Ranch, 92.1 Hank FM, 95.5 KHITS, 106.9 KRVF, NTX Varsity Sports, and The Cowgirl Closet Podcast.

The Role

This is not a behind-the-desk social media job. The Digital Content Producer is the camera, the engine of WWR's digital presence, and the bridge between our legacy radio brands and the audiences living on new platforms. The DCP will spend their days on camera and behind the lens: running man-on-the-street interviews, capturing live event energy, jumping on trends, and turning our on-air personalities into digital stars. They'll edit fast, we value speed and consistency over perfection. Reporting to the Director of New Media, you'll own the growth, engagement, and monetization of social pages across every WWR brand.

What Success Looks Like

  • Audience growth: followers and subscribers climbing across our pages
  • Engagement and reach: impressions, engagement rate, watch time, and shares trending up
  • Monetization: revenue generated through creator funds and platform monetization programs on each page
  • Consistency: a content calendar planned at least one week ahead, every week
  • Insight: weekly performance reports with clear takeaways and recommendations

  • Partner with Promotions, Programming, and Sales to coordinate coverage of station initiatives, contests, sponsorships, and client campaigns
  • Coach staff and talent on social media best practices and content creation techniques
  • Ensure every sales commitment is delivered through executing sponsored posts, campaign deliverables, and promotional content on schedule and on brand
  • Track performance using platform analytics and third-party reporting tools
  • Deliver weekly reports with insights and recommendations
  • Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement while maintaining each brand's voice and standards
  • Identify emerging trends, platform updates, and new content opportunities that keep WWR brands competitive across social media platforms
